House Of Brides Complete Refusal to Make Good on Wrong Item Caused by Confusing Horribly Designed Rip-off Website Ellgyn Illinois

My daughter ordered a bridesmaid dress for her sister's upcoming wedding. She selected the only color option available on the order page. The dress in that color was shown with a certain color of trim, but the dress was delivered with the wrong color trim.

There was absolutely no reason to believe that the dress would not come with the color trim pictured. The company rep will only argue about some unclearly indicated extra way to add information about trim color. There is no way a normal human being who did not work for House of Brides would understand what had to be done. They refuse to do any kind of exchange or to fix this rip-off in any way.

House of Brides does not care that they stole my daughters money. They don't deserve to be in business at all. They should be closed down and humiliated publicly for being complete low-life thieves. They should be ashamed to call themselves a business or to come out of their doors to face the public who puts any trust in them. Please tell everyone you know who is involved in a wedding to avoid these disreputable, criminal, jerks!!!
