House Of Brides Cancelled my order but kept my money Internet

After a week, I emailed them and asked them why they hadn't credited my account since they had cancelled the order. They said that they wouldn't even process my credit until 30 days.
It has now been well over 30 days and they still have not credited my credit card account.
I will contact my credit card company to institute a chargeback, but people should know not to order from this company -- they engage in fradulent activites. They claim to have access to merchandise that they don't have access to and they take your money and do not refund it.

We place customer orders directly with our designers and manufacturers. At times, the designer or manufacturer may contact us stating they cannot fulfill the submitted order due to their production. There are multiple reasons including, but not limited to, the wedding date does not allow enough time for delivery, the style may be discontinued and no longer available, etc. We notify the customer immediately thereafter to confirm the cancellation of the order and refund to the account. Credit are processed approximately 30 days after the customer notification. This policy is stated in the "Terms & Conditions" section of our website.

AND DON'T SO ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM.
AND TELL EVERYBODY YOU CAN NOT TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM EITHER!
THEY MIGHT BE ABLE TO CLAIM SOME OF THAT MONEY AS A RESTOCKING FEE BUT NOT ALL OF IT....
IF THE ONLY WAY YOU HAVE TO CONTACT THEM IS BY E-MAIL, THEN THERE IS A CLUE THAT THEY JUST MIGHT BE BOGUS!
I ALWAYS MAKE SURE THERE IS A PHONE WITH AN AREA CODE AND A STREET ADDRESS --WHICH I VERIFY-- ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THAT E-MAIL.
BUT I DON'T DEAL ON THE INTERNET.
I SHOP LOCALLY AND GET WHAT I WANT-- WHEN I WANT --WHAT I WANT!
AND I PAY CASH.
