Purchased over $300 of merchandise from House of Opera. After four months I have never revceived the merchandise. Shipping time is stated as 4-5 weeks. Received email about owner being in an auto accident about three months after order with the promise that all merchandise would be delivered. Four months after order, requested refund. Did not receive refund and have not received any responce from company after multiple emails and phone calls over several months.
