House of Brides This company should be OUT OF BUSINESS. DON'T BUY A BOW FROM THEM. THEY TOOK MY MONEY AND 3 WEEKS LATER STATED THEY NOLONGER DEAL WITH THE COMPANY DESSY AND I CAN GET A REFUND THAT WILL TAKE UP TO 2 Glen Ellyn, Illinois

House of Brides is very unprofessional.  They have no customer service skills and the store claims to have no dealings with the website! I placed an order and they say they have cut all relations with the Designer Dessy but I can't seem to reach anyone that can assist me.  Time is of the essence and I can't even get a call back, email or anything.  Just customer service reps somewhere in another state and I'm right her 20 mins form the store.

I can completely understand your frustration with the House of Brides. I recently went through problems with them in regards to our dress orders, alterations and customer service.

They don't like to solve problems, instead, they'll do their best to block you from spreading the word. I have started a blog for consumers to share their problems with this store so that we can encourage more people to be careful before walking through their doors or purchasing through their site.

  We apologize for any inconvenience and invite you to contact Customer Relations, customerrelations.com with your full name and Order ID # so we may identify your order.

  Please be advised House of Brides no longer special orders with the Dessy Group. However, we have thousands of Dessy Group dresses in-stock and available in a wide array of sizes and colors. The dresses are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. At the time of your purchase, the style was sold-out in the size and color as ordered. 

  Once Customer Service was notified, a representative contacted you to inform of alternative options including a refund. Refunds can take up to 30 days for processing. We state this information in Terms & Conditions on our website. Customers must click to acknowledge they understand and agree to our Terms & Conditions before they can complete the purchase.

  House of Brides' website and stores are related. You can verify this information by visiting our website and viewing About Us and Locations & Hours. However, the salons do not have information for online customers or online orders and cannot assist these customers. Online customers are directed to contact Customer Service. Contact information for the website's Customer Service is clearly displayed on our website. Customer Service is available 7 days a week.

  The salon in your area does not have access to online customers or orders nor does the salon have access to other salons' customers. Each salon handles their own customers and orders only.
