PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE. I'm talking about online experience. I ordered the dress and got an email, that the order could not be processed in time, so it was cancelled. That was on January 19th, 2012. I'm still waiting for the refund!!!!! Writing numerous emails and all I get is that she has to talk to their accountant!!! Terrible service... I would like to get it back ASAP. I guess all I can do now is to file a dispute with my credit card company and they can deal with them. 
Please whatever you do, do not buy from this company! They steal your money! :(((

Dear HOB, 

I've contacted your customer service numerous times and always got the same response, that your manager has to talk to the accountant. She has been talking to him/her since January 19th, which means that it's been more than 30 business days. 
The Order # is 135189. I would like to receive the refund ASAP. Thanks.
