I've contacted your customer service numerous times and always got the same response, that your manager has to talk to the accountant. She has been talking to him/her since January 19th, which means that it's been more than 30 business days.
The Order # is 135189. I would like to receive the refund ASAP. Thanks.

Please be advised we do include in our Terms & Conditions on our website, refunds can take up to 30 business days for processing. Customers have to agree to the Terms & Conditions prior to their purchase.
