Household Auto Finance inconsiderate, rude,mean and don't care City Of Industry California

On 6/13/2008 I called Hsbc auto to try and get them to modify my loan because of the cut in pay at my job the last 3 months. I spoke to Art in workout program he told me that I was late 3x so there was nothing he could do. I explained the situation of cut in pay. He still said no and for me to pay my past due immediately before they pick up my car.I been with Hsbc for 2yrs have never been late till recently. I told Art that even the mortgage lenders are working with everyone but he seem to did not care period. Once I get out of this loan I will never go back to them or even recommend anyone to them.
