When these so called collection people call they proceded to call my wife a low life for not paying a $300 card off in time. Then they felt like charging her $1700 dollars for it. Can you say RIPOFF... They called her vulgar names and then hung up on her.

After a minute or 2 a manager called her back and tried to be nice until her dropped the phn. He thought my wife had hung up which she was still on the line listining. He then called her a f***ing bitch saying she hung up. She laughed when the guy said, hello. She said yes im still on the phn. Thats when he hung up..HAHAHA..They can take the bill we owe and shove it straight up their a$$!!!!

In my post i explained that i had an orchard bank card,I was the victim of identity theft, i found charges i did not incurr on my stement , I never missed a payment and by their own admission I was a "valued customer" i disputed these charges, they credited me the amounts so far so good right? THEN i get a letter saying the company sent a rebuttal andi did so maAKE THE CHARGES, I WAS TRANSFREERD ALL THROUGH THE PLACE, I GAVE THEM IDENTITY THEFT policecase numbers AND POINTED OUT THAT THE CHARGES WERE MADE WITH A COMPUTER NOT MY SIGNATURE! i asked to speak with someone who could help me and this guy Brian came on and boy was he sarcastic! Iam sick and disabled, and i have kept every term with this company i agreed to, and this guy said nastily that it didn't matter if i told him or not he coudln't or wouldn't help me , my husband saw my frustration and i started crying becuase i don't think he needed to be so rude, i was just informing them that just becuase the company said i did it, i have proven myself honest and trustworthy, and have never, ever disputed a charge before and since it was done on the net , i didn't do it . so yes, they are rude and that is in fact why iam researching orchard bank/houseldhold credit services right now, i haven't gotten my interest lowered as they promised, and i have only recieived one credit increase in almost 2 years , based on my payment history , i have paid my card off numerous times and this is what i get? to be basically called a liar, funny how they sided with the compnny and not their customer, charged me an over limit fee which to this one NICE person she credited back to me, she even stated i was a great customer and they don't increase your limit based on yur history with them , they do a credit check and being the victim of identity theft, well you can guess, i am rebuilding my credit for what someone else did.
