USED BAIT&SWITCH TACTICS MULTIPLE TIMES,HFC HAD US COME BACK TO PERFORM LOANS OVER AND OVER ,THAT IT WOULD BE FOR OUR GOOD AND BEST INTEREST,INFLATED HOME VALUE,INFLATED INCOME,PUT INCORRECT INFORMATION ON THE AGE OF THE HOME,PURCHASE DATE,FALSYFIED JOB TITLE AT THE TIME THE LOAN WAS PERFORMED IT WAS A PT POSITION SALES ASSOCIATE LOAN STATES IT WAS A MANAGER POSITION CHARGED 23% INTEREST OVER 2% POINTS

PAPER WORK INDICATES THE SAME HOME WAS PURCHASED SEVERAL DIFFERENT TIMES CONVINCED US TO TAKE A LOW INTEREST RATE LOAN AND PUT INTO A HIGHER RATE LOAN WITH HFC FROM 2003,04, AND 2005 HFC PUT US IN LOANS WE ARE IN FORECLOSURE WE HAVE GONE THRU SAVINGS AND PENSION WE ARE DEVESTATED AND UPSET BY THIS RIP-OFF OF ABUSIVE LENDING

If I understand the above correctly, HOW could ANYONE ever convince you that "A HIGHER RATE LOAN" should ever be preferable to "A LOW INTEREST RATE LOAN"......?????? How???

Three minutes with a TI BA2 Plus would tell you that a low interest loan is always better than a high interest loan. Or were you "borrowing out" some equity and thereby hangs your tale? Why not use a reliable local loan broker or a local bank?

I have too many questions about this episode, except I do know that when someone wants to "do you a favor" by inflating the value of your property or perform some other chicanery you should heed these red flags popping up and leave, because if someone is willing to cheat their employer they are willing to cheat you
