Just when you were starting to get over the fact that Rudy Montiel used FEDERAL TAX MONEY to buy the security guard captain Scott Butler a high performance sports car, Butler does it AGAIN! Last week, a woman tried to sneak a loaded gun through the metal detector in the lobby of 2600. The guards in the lobby actually did their jobs and grabbed her before she had a chance to get upstairs and start shooting. Now for what Butler did. Remember people, Butler CLAIMS to be a former Los Angeles Sheriff's Deputy (LASD) but don't believe it for one single minute. He is the DUMBEST thing on two legs. When the guards called Butler and told them they had her in custody, Butler ORDERED the guards to give her back her gun AND bullets! Can you believe that SH*T??? Now for the good part - After she drove off in her car they found out she had just gotten out of State Prison and was on PAROLE!

When Rudy Montiel (Executive Director), Sanford Riggs (3rd in Command) and Ken Simmons (cross dressing transvestite 2nd in Command) found out what did they do?

NOT A GODD*MNED THING! They acted like it was no big deal! Why the h*ll do we have metal detectors and a full staff of security guards in the lobby if they just give loaded guns to felons??? When Butler gets someone killed because of his STUPIDITY I hope they FIRE Rudy, Kinky Ken and Sanford Riggs for allowing it to happen!

of Los Angeles, Central District, Case No. 454470 due to allegedly false
statements made by you (the Action). In conjunction with the Action,
HACLA seeks to subpoena the records of Xcentric Ventures LLC for your contact
information to the Irvine California office of Fisher & Phillips, LLP at 444
South Flower Street, Suite 1590, Los Angeles, California 90071 in compliance
with Arizona Rule of Civil Procedure 45.

Don't Blame Mr. Butler For HACLA'S Inadequacies!

The fact that there are highly-trained security personnel and metal screening devices in the lobby of HACLA HQ should be a sufficient deterrent, enough for anyone to want to try and get stupid and bring a loaded firearm through security. Unfortunately, as we know, there are always those disturbed individuals who somehow slip through the cracks. This was a case of one woman who almost succeeded.

Captain Scott Butler is doing his best in trying to maintain a high degree of decorum and professionalism up-to-date training with the security staff at the Los Angeles Housing Authority. I for one, fully support him and his actions. It's not entirely his fault. Don't blame Captain Butler. You should take into consideration, Sir, the type of people who go actually go into that building on Wilshire Blvd. and fill out applications for free government housing. Let's just say you won't see anyone from Irvine, or Costa Mesa or Culver City standing in line waiting to pass through the metal detectors at HACLA in attempting to get a free hand-out in the form of drastically reduced, or free rent.

A friend called me regarding this whole incident. He claims to have seen the whole thing. He is my brother-in-law's cousin's next-door neighbor, who works right across the street in those newly renovated old white apartment buildings right there on the corner of Rampart and Wilshire. He said he was standing out there on the corner in his newly tailored private security guard uniform, having a quiet cigarette, while double-dipping by passing out flyers for the apartment building. He said a middle-aged African-American woman was thrown off the buss at Wilshire Blvd. for loud and disruptive behavior, then wandered into the lobby at HACLA.

He went on to tell me, before she entered the premises, she stood there on the sidewalk for about three minutes looking upward at the HACLA office building windows and was hollering and screaming someone's name. According to "reliable" sources, she was causing a major disturbance in the street by continuously screaming, "Kenny....say, Kenny....where's you at? Yo' git yo' ass down here. Ah Wone Mah Money. Kenny (presumably Mr. Simmons) ah's wone mah money. Where's you at muthafucka?"

Needless to say, red faces were inevitably rippling throughout the office staff above. This was an embarrassment to the executive staff who, I'm assuming, despite the loud traffic below, had no trouble in hearing her cries for help. When she walked inside and was apprehended by security, (and again, this is through very reliable sources) she continued using Ken Simmons' name as a means to get out of being detained.

As for Scott Butler claiming to be an ex-Deputy Sheriff, that's true. I remember him when I was incarcerated at the Twin Towers jail about ten years ago and was placed in the Queen Tank. He was working custody at the time and always requested that his jail assignment be at the Queen Tank, for whatever reason.

Don't blame Scott Butler. God knows, his job is difficult enough with all the weirdo's and nut cases who pass through those doors at HACLA HQ. Blame should be appropriately shifted to "Kinky" Ken Simmons who just can't seem to get his personal in order, to where it even follows him to his place of employment!

The woman who tried to get inside the building was in reality some street hooker Rudy never paid. She charged in intent on getting her $20 by any means necessary. Lucky for Rudy she didn't make it to the elevator. With an angry hooker with a gun running around town, you can bet your bottom dollar you won't be seeing Rudy cruising 7th and San Pedro anytime soon.

What has to happen to get Butler fired? I read these postings and I am in SHOCK at how much Montiel and Simmons let him get away with. He must have photos of Rudy and Kinky Ken in bed together or something. Montiel is a bigger waster of HUD money than Lucile Loyce and Don Smith COMBINED. I can't wait until the LA TIMES turns its attention from the fraud in the City of Bell and looks at HACLA and LOMOD. Heads will ROLL! A note to Rudy- Mayor Antonio will cut you loose the second the shit hits the fan.

Isn't there a union you can complain to? A Lawsuit? It looks to me like good old Mayor Tony Vilar is going to have to send Good Booty Rudy back to El Paso. Hopefully when we finally elect an adult for mayor of this city, worthless pond scum like Rudy Montiel, Kinky Ken Simmons, Scott Butler and David Esparza will be on the street pushing a shopping cart looking for recyclbles like they should. I'm kind f surprised Rudy isn't doing anything about this latest screwup by Barney Fife Butler. Everyone knows what a paranoid little prick he is when it comes to his own personal safety. Rudy spent 10's of thousands of HUD dollars putting up bullet proof glass all around his 3rd floor fortress. What or who are you afraid of Rudy? That HOOKER we saw you with at the Grove a few monthes ago? Yep Rudy - WE SAW YOU WITH A HOOKER at the Grove! At first we thought it was a man because she was so much taller than you.
