I have been writing to the Customer support team regards to give me my full refund of $43.69 USD I had paid for the product on

I joined the site to have access to movies but instead these were tools/softwares to be able to download movies.
This is very deceptive and misleading
I have no interest what so ever about this softwares
The Customer support specialists are:

3. Anna Smith
They seem not to be reading my letters of refund.
Instead they are sending links about Step by Step instructions to download movies, TV shows, music, games etc. which I never need .

"If you are within your first 60 days of our guarantee period you are eligible for a refund. "
Thus, I requested a refund.
So far NO Refund. They succeed in pretending to be nice. They send never ending "Fake Help" e-mails.
