I was told which day to expect my deposit and it was all a lie. I was stood up 3 times in one day. I do not have a cont, Internet

and obviously spent my money before he had delivered a product. He is a scam artist and can not be trusted. If you looking for a storage building or playset or anything he sells go somewhere else. I have yet to receive my money. It looks like I will have to file a lawsuit against him and his business. His company is located in Oakland right on the edge of Somerville. STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU WANT TO DEAL WITH A THIEF

Care and her mother came on the lott on three different occasions trying to get a deal. So this last visit we sold Mrs. R a beautiful 8 x 12 metal portable storage building. The mother paid a deposit and we filled out the rent to own paperwork ,which allows our customers the ability to make monthly payments. Later that day Ms R phoned and was concerned over the amount of interest. She asked what was the best cash price we could give her and was told the price. She said that was a good deal. The next day Mr. Keen did the appropriate paperwork for a cash sell. He gave back her deposit . All was well. We scheduled her delivery time by phone. That Friday we delivered her building, Miss R SIGNED the acceptance letter and then said she had already paid part of it as deposit. GUESS she forgot it was given back. Mr. Keen took it off total as he was tired of the two trying to get it lowered .
He graciously accepted the lesser pay. I will say Mr Keen is easily talked into giving sales away at too low a price. All his employees will attest to that...we have told him that time and time again. His wife constantly says he gives away the store. Beware of Care .......she is a professional on wanting something for nothing.......
