I was told by a gentleman that i was getting all equipment needed to process all electronic transactions. From the list , there was an ATM included in the package. Well, first i never got a copy of my contract.
Secondly, i never got the ATM machine either.
Finally, i am getting charged debits way above that amount of $59.00 that i was supposed to pay.
I called customer service countless times, but the result was the same , " No Help".
Now i am stuck with this this contract for five years, and i would have to pay $5000 just to get out of it.
Whoever reads this report, please help me to get out of this mess.
