3rd floor is 10 non-working hispanics and 1st floor is chain smoker who harrassed previous tenant out without the help of the slumlord. No basement access because he is scared of her and the threat of cops had to be used against her to stop her antics. Landlord did nothing to help the previous tenants and ended up hospitalized due to the stress and even ended up sleeping in her car with her young child. She is currently homeless with her child because he could not handle the situation in the house and forced the single mother out of the house with her child. The washer and dryer were being used while she was gone and the landlord still provided the 1st floor with the basement key even after the complaints. The cigarette smell came through all the cigarette vents and closets where she and her daughter have asthma and couldn't breathe. There was cheap floor sealer used to shine the floors and you will smell it even worse in the Summer. Washing it, opening windows and candles do not help. Back bedroomn is freezing and the vent does not throw hot air. Kitchen is cold because there is no vent. Landlord is never reachable and handles nothing. Says it's not his fault and just collects Section 8 checks.

1st floor tenant attacked her roommate's young beautiful girlfriend and tried to get the previous tenant to say she wasn't home and they weren't fighting to the court and when she refused she started harrassing her and slamming doors and calling the girl names so she recorded her and has proof in case they denied such doings. The third floor doesn't work and is the landlord's family. The make noise mostly from 5am-12 midnight and even during the night. They run a daycare and don't try to control their kids and have turned every room into a bedroom to have more people living there. I know the girl said she is getting an attorney for pain and suffering and failure of the landlords to keep a reasonable quiet environment between the tenants. Stay away from 303-305 Judson Place, Bridgeport, CT 06610 or anything with their name on it. This girl was forced into a lease and then left homeless. Such a strong girl who I watched lose her mind for the past year.
