I found a few cars on their website for $1,000.I called several days in advance and the day before I drove up there making sure that the cars are still there and nothing has changed. The customer service rep tells me "yes we still have a specific car for the same price and several other cars within that price range." I told her I am taking off work for that day to come look at the cars please don't waste my time if there are no cars within that price range.She said don't worry just call before you come up. I called she confirmed the cars are there I drove 45 minutes up there tolls and gas. First person comes up to me I tell him the car I'm looking for and he tells me "the trans blew on the car and we don't have any other cars within that range look next door at Hudson Nissan." I walk next door they have no cars I within that price range I come back and a new guy comes up to help me and I tell him what happened and he said "Oh we Sold that car yesterday but let me find someone to help you. And I tell him well customer service told me these cars were available. And he says and this is his quote "Well customer service is told just to say anything to get you into the door! It's sad but true." So he just admitted that it's a false claim but he will look to see what else he can look for within that range.
