Hughesnet, there is so mush i can say about them. At first, it was all good. faster than dialup, good people to deal with. But, when i began to have problems, they got Sour! They began to call me a liar, said it was me, not the internet that was slow. They told me they couldn't slow the internet because it was satalite. They sure don't have a problem with 'slow' when you've reached your allowance. After a year of slow speeds, and aggravation. I finally got tired of the bull crap and told them to disconnect me. They said i needed to send them back the equipment, they would send me a box to do it with. as long as it was received by march 14, 2013. I was good to go. I received the return box early february, and sent it back the next day. After all, who wants to keep clutter around the house you can't use, and they were paying for the return. I sent it back the next day. March 21, 2013 i got an email, 'unsubscribe successful'. April 3rd, my debit card was charged one hundred five dollars and fifty cents because they claimed they didn't receive the modem. That Modem was in that box! I didn't need it. It can only be used with hughes net. Who wants that!? So, to anyone reading this AVOID hughesnet at all cost.
