July 18, 2008 3:15 pm I finally broke down after 15 months of slow internet and the repeated calls of rude customer care support that refused to let me speak to a supervisor to fix the problem, or credit me anything for no service much of the time. I was charged $222.59 to cancel as a loyal customer for the remainder of 10 months. Still the Philippine customer support representative refused me to talk to American people. And or a supervisor.

So I just cancelled and boy does it feel good. No more slow internet, no more arguments with people in some foreign country telling me that they will hang up if i don't stop using vulgarity. After repeated threats, I as an internationally published author and expert on this matter have put forth a law suit and gathered the people to take Hughes Net out of the loop and pay bay its customers all the money taken after they "promised" service and we got none after we paid for it.

I since moved on to Time Warner Cable internet that is local to my area and I talk to real Americans in my country and they are nice. They don't get my already bad heart going and I have a great conversation with people that don't try to scold me for swearing. To the last customer support representative in billing in the Philippines "MAY", Kiss my A....you freakin hypocrites.

Oh might I add that I have internet, phone, and cable TV for $102 dollars verses the $92 you all charged me for internet alone. You won't be getting my money anymore now will you? Boy did I save on this one and soooo much better service that actually puts out what they say and what I pay for.
