Hughes Net overcharge little to no service missouri
Paid for service to be installed in July of 2011, finally got service in September due to the installer could not climb a ladder. In October of 2012 we were forced to let Hughesnet upgrade us to Gen4 so we could get service again. We were told that there would be no extension to the contract and no service fee other than the monthly charge. We were also told that a contract would be avilable for us to sign stating all the fact of the upgrade. We never got it.
On August 8th I contact Hughesnet to ask when my service plan was up and was informed that since we were upgradded to Gen 4 by Hughesnet we would have to pay for service until November 2014. Leave it to Hughes net to provide crappy service and rip you off.
