I wish I would have found ripoff report FIRST!!!!! I'll bet they never herd that before.I to believe the commercials for Hughes net (duh) but I couldn't but help notice that I am the one that really does live out in Hell and gone really I have to drive 15 miles to get to no where, I live in Deming NM. so far out in the desert we run out of mail boxes ! OK I painted that picture, now this Hughes net does not work plane and simple, it was put in 72 hours ago, and if it isn't fixed in the next 72 hours it will be ripped up out of the sand and be gone, and I don't put up with excuses, like they tried to give me like is their snow on the receiver, once again shows you customer service has no idea where their talking about and most likely what country their talking to, just goes to prove once again another American company (this is BS to) that cares about their customer, SO when people learn to make me king this type of ripoffs will stop,or when will I learn that none of these companies are not from here, and their here for one thing only to rip you off, we use to protect Americans in this country but your government doesn't care either, and they allow this type and encourage this business, thanks the Dumb A** in the desert
