Hughenet has continually been of the poorest service. They contract internet services with the promise of fast downloading speed that exceed dial-up (COMPLETELY FALSE). Thereby offering fraudulent service to unsuspecting individuals.

Time after time after time I am unable to connect to any browser ("Server not found") is always hughsnets service to paying customers. Thereby collecting cash payments for a service they DO-NOT provide. Furthermore there customer service number connects with someone in India who rarely can speak with a English language voice understandable.

Numerous times over the duration of our contract my internet service with hughesnet has exceeded the "Fair use policy" in the contract agreement, under an IP address other than my own. Furthermore, all customer service can offer is, "We are sorry, let us offer you some free tokens to allow you to regain service, with no explanation as to how some other party is using the service I payed for.

Hughesnet is of the worst type of contracted service RIPOFF. Do not, I repeat DO NOT contract with "Hughesnet Internet service. They will take your hard earned pay and not provide the service they contracted.

If you are a currant customer and would like to join a Class action Law Suit against Hughesnet Post at "Ripoff Report." I am currently in contact with Lawyers and federal prosecutes examining this fraudulent service.
