A couple of days after installation of Hughes Net we purchased a cell phone booster contacted our provider who sent me information on the modem settings and i spent about an hour and a half trying to get tech support finally got someone in a live chat room who exited out then Hughes Net had put in the wrong model of modem so we called to cancel the service over very poor service, support, and generally a poor at best company to deal with we were told our service was cancelled and would be pro-rated and we would get a refund --- what a refund $17 which could take up to 4 weeks to process after calling and being transferred several times we finallay demanded to talk to a supervisor who "was on another call" and never did get them on the phone we will get our whopping $17 dollars in about 1 to 7 days.
BOTTOM LINE HUGHES NET HAS AN F GRADE IN OUR BOOK DO NOT USE THEM
