we signed up for free installation, had to give a debit card they said they would not charge, just giving it for verification of identity.  Signed up for the $49 plan.

the next day they charged our account $59 for our "free installation."  We called and they said they would bill us next time, that was a one time pay ahead for pro-rated month.  We were like okay paper bills next time?  they said yes.

a month later they drew 176.00 from our debit card screwing up our bank account.  I called and demanded to know why charged so much and why unauthorized draw?  They said again it was pro-rated and that they were sorry they would definitely switch us to paper billing.

Called again to make sure paper billing, yes they are.  3 weeks later they have a draw pending for 132 out of our account.  My husband called and got a confirmation number they would not go through with the draw.  Next day money was gone.

Called wanted to talk to supervisor, guy said no.  over and over again no.  Talked to another person they said no refunds and that they didn't bill paper bills.  Today service was cancelled.

resorted to our bank who talked to them and their site said they do paper bill.  They told them to refund the unauthorized acoount.  They said the couldn't refund only draw money from people's accounts.  Bank said that is not possible, if you can draw you can refund.   Cancelled debit and bank went after them.
