Hunt County Greenville Texas Family court judge Keeping my granddaughter and telling me she will never leave the state of texas Greenville Texas

 Been trying to get my granddaughter out of Texas since she was born. My daughter was on drugs when she was born. This is my first and most probably only grandchild I will have. Judge said at first court hearing that it was to much paperwork and he would have no control so he was keeping her in Texas . She was gonna be placed with a relative that had 2 baby's in diapers and one just starting school . The girl was diagnosed with postpartum when she had one of her 3 children always fighting with spouse . Judge did say at the end of court that if it didn't work out with her start paperwork on the grandmother (me) . Well I talked to this girl and asked her to step out so I could get her, she asked to see paperwork where judge said I would receive grandbaby , she also talked to CPS workers and they told her the judge did say that . She stepped down from taking her. We went back to court and the CPS worker said that I threatened this girl which did not happen when judge asked them if they had gotten copies of the text messages they said no . He then asked me if I had sent her any texts I said yes but it was only that if she didn't take baby I would get her. He then proceeded to SCREAM in my face that I had ruined his placement and this baby would never leave the state of Texas until she was 18 years old. He asked me what made me think I would get this baby I said that he said I would if it didn't work out with the girl. He then said well I lied because I never was going to let this baby leave Texas. I am in shock at this point he would not let us say anything he screamed at me to shut up. He had no proof of threats yet he chose to believe that they happened, my husband and my background checks came back squeaky clean. We have never done any drugs my husband has had the same job for nearly 30 years we have lived in our home for 25 years . We are in our early 50s so we are not old. I have talked to other people that got there grandchildren in less than 2 to 3 months . I am just in shock that this is happening and don't know what to do now. HELP PLEASE
