I recently took the Hunter International Bounty hunter training in Southern California.  I am glad I did it.  Rob took us through the laws and guidelines involved with being an efficient bounty hunter.  All of us in the room were 100% aware that this was a contract job and that we were not guaranteed a job.  The most important thing he taught us in our training was a duplicatable system in order to get exposure as a team of Hunters.  That is the difference between it being a hoax and a legit opportunity to make money.  He knows how the system works.  Sure the process is a bit shaky when starting out but what business isn't?  Knowing that it takes investment and commitment to start something like this is a definite requirement for someone looking into this career.  Your building a business and forming relationships with bail bondsman, sheriff's, court employees, etc.  Rob is there every step as we learn what works for us and what doesn't.  So keep an eye or for Avalanche Recovery & Investigative Services because like he says you can run but you can't hide.

Hunter's International is a suspended corporation in the State of California and pursuant to California Law, they cannot maintain (Prosecute or Defend) any action in any Court.  This status can be verified through the Secratary of State website for California.  www.ss.ca.gov   Keep in mind, that he will state he is organized in another State, this is no defense if you transact business in the State of California, you must register your corporation with the Secretary of State regardless of the State of Incorporation.

Also keep in mind that his "Employees" sure seem to know alot about his personal life and his business structure much more than an employee would know and also why would an employee be reading and responding to posts on a consumer rip off site.  Willin to bet the rebuttal's are actually posted by Mr. Halliburton as they seem way to passionate to be from an employee.

You are as pathetic as the owner of this company. It is a scam, no more and no less! I have done enough research on his business dealings to know exactly who he is. He has been banned in some states from doing business there! Get your facts straight, search his name in Google and his company name. All this information is out there for people to check and to get informed! People do not lay out one dime for this company! Take your money and run.

The above statement is false. I work for Hunters International Inc. As well as took the class and became a successful Bounty Hunter, with a lot of hard "foot work" and dedication to obtaining cases. This above statement is false under these pretenses. 1. As of 2011 the state of California states that any certified and experienced Bounty Hunter can certify another agent. 2. In the state of CA, you no longer need to take a state class which costs MORE, previous background history does not matter etc. New Bills have passed in 2011, I personally spoke with the City Chamber of Bills Ambassador and clarified the laws. They said that updating this law to the public should be done but it is up to our city government and is the least of their concerns at this time. Holding Seminars is fully legal in the state of CA, Rob travels all over the world. In the states he is allowed to hold seminars and is able to teach classes. He fully investigates the laws in each state to make sure he is allowed to certify in that state. Thus is why he holds interviews in Hotel Lobbies, he travels so he stays out of hotels majority of the time. Besides it is more professional to hold interviews at Lobbies than his own home, where his family resides! 3. By CA state law, a person or business is allowed to sue for up to 3 times the amount, lawyer costs reimbursed etc., for: defamation, loss of business, slandering etc. 4. This career is not for everyone, it seems fun and exciting. Rob actually turns down people, that he thinks would get themselves shot, don't have the drive to be successful, not business savvy, basically who he feels that would put themselves in danger and or their team members. Or he feels they would not be successful, because of there mind motility. So if it were a scam, wouldn't he be taking in anyone and everyone, who wanted to do this? He would, but it is not a scam. So there for he actually cares about his career as well as his students. A lot of people think that you have to have your business thoroughly put out there, but this is something that should not be marketed. You don't see the US Marshalls ( which there job is very similar to Bounty Hunters) advertising themselves, nor any other Bounty Agent that has ever been certified. It is because Bounty agents work under cover and we don't want to expose ourselves as well as our life. Anyone can obtain information on the internet on someone, just from their website, facebook etc. So Bounty Agents protect themselves by staying low key! Which is what makes the US Marshalls and Bounty Agents successful at apprehending criminals. Also any "rebuttals" on this site, are from the students themselves. Rob at the end of each class, asks the students if they "would like to " to post on here, there personal experiences and thoughts on the class. I and Rob are the only two that have posted " rebuttals" on here. The rest are/were students of Rob Class. 

Last but least, I suggest before anyone puts there own 2 cents in, that you actually do your research. Before opening your mouth. Because in the long run, your only humiliating yourselves.
