Huntington Bank - Irmc Soranjen( A Id Theft Representative) Major bank giving ill reputable organizations personal information and scamming its customers Parma Ohio

I got a letter of NOTICE OF PERSONAL DELIVERY MESSAGE from a DEPARTMENT OF NOTIFICATION. on the letter it used Huntington Bank @ 6101 W 130th St, Parma OH, 44130. Their phone number is 8006405754 which I googled and led me to rip off report. I then called Huntington Bank and spoke to Soranjem at an unknown extension,location or possibly country. I could barely understand her heavily accented english and when asked her extension she would not give it out stating Huntington does not have extensions. I do believe she gave a different name at the beginning of the call though. She stated Irmc collection agency is a direct representative of their company and my loan was given to them after 30 days was up. She also stated all payments would have to be made through them and not the bank.
Be advised this bank has made repeated mistakes with my loan and dropping payments made with certified checks. It also changes personal bank account terms at their will in order to rape and pilliage customers of their money-ie. inventing overdraft fees that were never previously there which adds up to 98$ plus a 34.50$ overdraft fee on one item. I would strongly reccomend with this bank and its subsididaries and mergers to laeve and take your money to a more reputable and customer friendly company.
