Hurricane Windpower Tony Jones Apparently we have gifted Tony Jones with over $800.00 through Pay Pal. We have spoken to him numerous times on the phone and through e-mail. We have gotten excuses and promises but no Wind Generato Roanoke, Virginia

                                                          Buyer Beware!
Tony Jones - Owner of Hurricane Windpower - sold us a Hurricane 5 Wind Generator complete unit and a slip ring on the first of November... 2011!  Here it is December 2012 and we still do not have a wind generator.  After numerous emails and phone calls, excuses and promises, we are still looking for resolution for the $814.98 spent. 

He is still in business selling wind generators and other things, so why is this still an open account?  We should either get our money back or get the wind generator we ordered and need for our home.  Is this illegal?  Receiving money for product over the internet and then not delivering?  Is that called email theft? 

We have PayPal receipts, credit card receipts, tracking numbers for undelivered but reported packages, and only one of three shipments has been delivered, the tail section.  How can Tony Jones say that we are not a legitimate customer, (which is his go to retort when reading complaints against him and his company), when we have all our documentation and even a partial order received? 

Our latest email to him, written and sent on October 3, 2012 (2 months ago) has yet to get a response.  We have spent a lot of money and effort to go green and Tony Jones has been a real detriment to our efforts.
