Husky International agreed to buy our entire lot of Electronic Components. This lot included 230+ different parts. The agreed upon sale was for $5,000.00 with $2500.00 up front and $2500.00 to be paid on NET 5. We recieved the $2500.00 and shipped the entire lot. After 2 weeks we did not hear anything from Husky International Electronics. Once we called we were informed the lot was missing 3 parts. The parts missing represented a mere fraction of the entire lot of 230+. We also included a few parts that where not suppose to be in the lot.

Once we made the offer that we would not take any money off the sale because it was literal pennies for the 3 parts on the overall sale. We said we understand 3 parts were missing so we said you can either pay the balance or send the lot back. They agreed to pay the balance. 2 more weeks went by and we again asked for our money. At this time the owner informed us he will not be sending the balance and considered the deal done at $2500.00 because of the 3 missing parts.

We informed him he can not make that decision legally and must either send us the balance or return our parts. We demanded our parts back and he had informed us that he already took the lot, labeled them and stocked them in his warehouse. He even tried to claim 1 part that he got was counterfeit. The part he says was counterfeit was sent to him in error as it was not on the list he agreed to anyway, it was on a return to supplier list and the part itself was not counterfiet as we have the test reports on the part.

After more attempts to get our parts back or Money, he quickly informed us that he would not reply to us any longer and if we reported him anywhere he would get his lawyers involved. As of right now Husky International is in possession of stolen goods and we will be persuing all legal avenues to get our property back or the money owed for it. It is our opinion that this Company looks for other Companies in financial troubles and takes advantage of them with this kind of business dealings.

#1 REBUTTAL Owner of company

The facts of the transaction

AUTHOR: Husky International - (USA)

Before you take the allegation made about Husky International seriously, I ask that you consider the source.  The person making this claim is none other than Peter Picone.  Mr. Picone admitted to the trafficking of counterfeit military goods and has since been sentenced to 37 months in prison and ordered to pay $352,076.00 in restitution.  You can read a nonbiased release by The United States Department of Justice at the following link: http://www.justice.gov/opa/pr/massachusetts-man-sentenced-37-months-prison-trafficking-counterfeit-military-goods-0.

We had no idea of Mr. Picones activities prior to engaging in this transaction.  Mr. Picone’s account and claims pertaining to the transaction that he had with Husky could not be further from what actually transpired.  Husky received numerous counterfeit parts in the lot purchased from Mr. Picone, and many parts (not 3) were not in the lot of material we received.  Husky subsequently weeded those remarked and counterfeit good out and destroyed the product via smelt.    The balance of the parts were not close in the dollar value represented as good by Mr. Piccone, so we withheld balance of payment and asked for full refund, which he failed to provide.

I ask that you consider Mr. Picone’s own words that he wrote to the court while asking for mercy during his sentencing process:

“There are things from that time I simply do not remember.  Things I thought happened did not and things that happened I thought were a dream. I could not determine the difference between reality and dream and it was killing me.”

Husky has been in the business of purchasing and consigning excess inventory for 17 years.  We have transacted over 550 times on purchases of lots of excess inventory and consigned over 300 lots of excess inventory, many for fortune 500 and other large OEM and CM customers.  Our reputation stands on its own and we have multiple references we will be happy to provide.  This was the single worst lot of inventory we’ve ever seen.   No one in their right mind would have us pay for this garbage.  Now we have to defend our reputation from a delusional online bully.

Case closed.
