Husky International Electronics, Inc. Stolen Electronic Components. Loveland, Colorado

Husky International agreed to buy our entire lot of Electronic Components. This lot included 230+ different parts. The agreed upon sale was for $5,000.00 with $2500.00 up front and $2500.00 to be paid on NET 5. We recieved the $2500.00 and shipped the entire lot. After 2 weeks we did not hear anything from Husky International Electronics. Once we called we were informed the lot was missing 3 parts. The parts missing represented a mere fraction of the entire lot of 230+. We also included a few parts that where not suppose to be in the lot.

Once we made the offer that we would not take any money off the sale because it was literal pennies for the 3 parts on the overall sale. We said we understand 3 parts were missing so we said you can either pay the balance or send the lot back. They agreed to pay the balance. 2 more weeks went by and we again asked for our money. At this time the owner informed us he will not be sending the balance and considered the deal done at $2500.00 because of the 3 missing parts.

We informed him he can not make that decision legally and must either send us the balance or return our parts. We demanded our parts back and he had informed us that he already took the lot, labeled them and stocked them in his warehouse. He even tried to claim 1 part that he got was counterfeit. The part he says was counterfeit was sent to him in error as it was not on the list he agreed to anyway, it was on a return to supplier list and the part itself was not counterfiet as we have the test reports on the part. 

After more attempts to get our parts back or Money, he quickly informed us that he would not reply to us any longer and if we reported him anywhere he would get his lawyers involved. As of right now Husky International is in possession of stolen goods and we will be persuing all legal avenues to get our property back or the money owed for it. It is our opinion that this Company looks for other Companies in financial troubles and takes advantage of them with this kind of business dealings.
