As a self employed contractor, time is money, and always in a rush, I should have taken the time to research things more thoroughly. Conclusively, I now have four $100+ door stops and have learned a good lesson. I found Ripoff Report looking for repair manuals on this extremely poor product in an attempt to "raise the Phoenx" and see if I can reclaim some of my hard earned money.
