We have an account with Hy Cite Corp/Royal Prestige. We write them checks for our monthly payment. This month, they forged my husbands name on a bank draft and took over $100 more than what our monthly payment is. We had to put a stop payment on the draft, were charged a fee for that and am hoping our checks for other people won't bounce now.

We faxed them a letter indicating what they did was illegal and we would be followi up with charges for forgery and theft. If they ontinue to do this, we will contact the state Attorney Generals office (which I now understand my state has lawsuit againt them) and also the Federal Trade Commission. We are also closing out that account so they can't do this again.

STAY AWAY from this company! Do not send them personal checks. They WILL forge your name and take money without notifying you and without your authorization.
