I am outraged at how quickly I was pulled into this scam. I filled out the application and was never sent any paper work, loan documents or spoke directly to a person. The money $300 was deposited next day and I could not find out how my re-payments were to be made. My first payment was taken $90 two weeks after the date of the loan was taken and then continued to be taken every two weeks. I tried to contact Hydra Fund III but was not given a direct number or paperwork to show how payments or balance due was to be set up. There was no percentage rate or payment schedule sent and when I e-mailed them I was never responded to. I then ended up shutting my bank account down because the money was being consistently taken with no answers. After a month, I received threatening calls from a Process Server stating I was being summoned to court. The so called process server called family members and friends threatening to have me arrested and asking they help pay my debt!!!!... I have yet received those papers. I have called 888-504-0249 for answers and they are nasty, threatening and will not provide me with any answers but to pay up. I need to know who I am paying and how a $90 fee every two weeks is legal for this loan. Please help.
