In January and February of 2009, I worked with Charlton Cook on the Hydro2max water project. I was told I would be paid for my services once the product began selling. Now, it has been over a year and according to Cook, he doesn't have the ability to pay me for coming up with the name of his "product." I question the alleged world reknowned Charlton Cook as he does not list any universities or colleges where he allegedly gained his PHD's. It is my belief that he and his products are a fraud. He allegedly worked on Perfect Water's formula which is sold by Amway. Amway customer service reps was unable to confirm anything about Cook or his claims.

It is my belief he has the money and does not want to pay the funds of $5000 owed to me.

It is now August 2010 and Charlton Cook has still neglected topay for my marketing and due diligence services which he had agreed to pay by now earlier this year. I find this unconscionable,unethical and unprofessional. There is no credibility in anything stated by this man. Charlton Cook does not work for free and expects payment for his alleged healing services and products.
To date, his credentials cannot be verified in any field. It is my belief he is misrepresenting himself to the public and is wreckless in doing so. He has also made misleading statements about his products.
I received 22 texts messages from him which are harassing me for filing this report. These texts messages have been saved and forwarded for future reference. In addition, I received to harassing emails which are still on my pc.
