Hydroderm Hydroderm Encore Hydroderm offered a free trial with shipping and handeling I recieved the serum and eye serum 2-3-14 on 2-21-14 they charged my debit card $79.00. They refused to credit me until I sent the serums back. I did not see any information on the order that they would be billing me. Chino California

I wanted to give the correct employees names that I spoke to. The Manager was Travis and the employees were named Jeff, Brooklyn and the last one I didn't write the name down.

 I am so tired of complaints like this. THIS IS ALL YOUR FAULT!!!! YOU DID NOT READ!!!! Had you even taken 2 mins to read you would have seen that the order is a TRIAL and if you do not call or contact them to cancel within 14 days of ordering the product then you would be entered into the regular membership program. YOU are the scammer because YOU DID NOT READ!!!

EVERY site that offers a trial product has TERMS AND CONDITIONS. SO since YOURE too stupid to READ, they MUST be scamming you. Well they are not, in fact YOU are the scammer because you entered into a contract with no intention of EVER fulfilling it. You are LAZY and IGNORANT. Someone who couldnt even be bothered to do even ONE thing to protect yourself. You may be a senior but that is ZERO excuse.

It truly sickens me to think that YOU call yourself an adult. Perhaps you should just stay off the web until you learn to do more then click your money away. You then compound your ignorance with sheer stupidity, instead of digging into the website and getting proof of a scam, you decide to hop online and make a FALSE report about them to cover up your own inability to perform a basic skill such as reading.

I found the terms and conditions in under 1 min. Thats all it would have taken YOU. All you had to do is cancel your membership and you would have had your trial and not been charged. But YOU did not. Instead THEY MUST be the scammer. Youre SO PERFECT you have NEVER MADE AN ERROR. Atleast thats true in your own head. Get over yourself, you screwed YOURSELF. You chose not to read and you chose to make the false report to cover YOUR MISTAKE. In the terms and conditions you give them the express right to take money from your card IF you did not cancel within the 14 day trial window.

NO ONE took advantage of YOU except YOU. How awful nice of you to spew your lies on the web. You must make your family so very proud of you.
