Hydroderm Ripped off by dishonest company Culver City California

I ordered a "free trial" of Hydroderm Age-Defying Wrinkle Reducer for $3.95 s&h. It says you have 30 days to try. Wrong. I had it only 2 weeks before they charged my debit card $54.17. I called and was told by two different people-Daisy and Ophelia-that the 30 days begin on the shipping date and not when you receive the "trial", and that the charge was for the "free trial" because I had not returned it within the 30 days from the ship date.

I tried to get it resolved over the phone with the two phone calls but they refused. They told me there was nothing they would do for me. I told them I would be notifying the Better Business Bureau to file a complaint. Ophelia told me to do that if I felt that way. I told her I had checked out their company after I was stupid enough to order from them and found 100s of complaints. She hung up on me.

To top that off, the product does not work.

I am one very ticked off consumer. Be smart and DO NOT order from this company.
