Hydroderm has been a huge pain in the rear to deal with over the last several months. I had always enjoyed their products and had no problems in the past. However they have supposedly had computer/system problems for months now. I used to be able to go online and change my orders and/or ship dates with no problems. Everytime I've called I've had to wait on hold for at least 20 to 30 minutes or longer! They assure me my request will be handled. But it never is. They continue to ship as they always have and continue to charge. EVEN AFTER ASSURING ME ALL HAS BEEN CANCELLED, THEY'RE STILL SHIPPING AND CHARGING!
I now believe as others have complained, that they are deliberately ripping people off. I've spoken to Wendy, Hannah, Stephanie, & Shirley since early Sept. trying to resolve all issues. It's truly amazing that the have screwed up their company, as I really did like their products and believed they worked. (Had been with them almost two years before all these problems started with their "computer down" business.) Now I feel they have just hi-jacked my credit card. I am having to dispute the charges (probably regularly it seems at this point). Have to spend precious time waiting on hold for long periods to get RMA's, constantly reviewing credit card statement, etc. & most recently, I received body lotion on 10/31 & again this week 11/4!!! So now they're not only screwing up monthly, but seems weekly!! I've had my speaker phone on hold while typing this trying to get an RMA shipment just received; GUESS WHAT? JUST GOT DISCONNECTED! BIG SURPRISE! (AFTER 15 MINUTES I MIGHT ADD.)
Wish I knew what to do legally about this company. As my credit card company says I just have to disupute monthly. THIS IS INSANE! (Florence Henderson are you listening?) ;-)
