Hydrolyze Hydroxytone after saying it would be a free trial, and I cancelled the trial within 10 days after purchase, right after I received the product, they continued to bill me for $200. I am still getting billed after Hoboken, New Jersey

I heard the ad for Hydrolyze on TV in December. I ordered from my phone and was told by the representative on the phone that it was merely a free trial and when I questioned her about if I could cancel it after receiving the product she said that would be fine and that I could use all the product  and cancel my trial without paying a cent. I was also told that I would be getting ONE bottle for my free trial, not three. However, I received three bottles of the product with a bill for $140. I ignored the bill figuring that the commercial and the representative said it would be a FREE trial. It is now three months later and I am still getting billed, now for $200.

I do not want this to count against my credit score, but I refuse to pay $200 for a product that did not even work. I still have 2 UNUSED boxes of this product in my room because when I called customer service and asked about returning the products they said that I could just keep them and not bother sending them back. I verified that I wouldn't have to pay anything more to keep them and the woman on the line reassured me that nothing would have to be paid. Because of the Hydrolyze, I've had to cancel my debit card and get a new one to avoid the charges. Another thing they didn't tell me was that I would be charged $1.50 everyday for my beauty advisor, or the ability to call up customer service for beauty advice whenever I wanted, according to the customer service woman. I was very disappointed with this product and do now want my credit score to drop because of it.
