  I started doing business with this company back in September 2012 for an unmanaged VPS & extra IP (1 is included with the VPS service). For months my services with them was just fine until April of 2013. At that time they informed me that my 2 IP addresses were changed & to have my domain registry updated (I use a different company for the domain name). I did this & after making adjustments to my BIND9 & Apache which is necessary for unmanaged VPS service (must do these things myself), my site was up & running until the beginning of April. At that time I no longer had access to my OS, control panel and my site was down. This left me with no options to fix the issue myself & left me to contact Hypnotichost.com via support tickets to attempt to fix the issue.

  I found that their home site for clients was giving me a run around for links whereas almost all of them except for filing support tickets was redirecting me to their home page or was crashing with an error (their own site). The only feedback I received was that they were looking into it & to be patient. This went on for a week or more until I got fed up & asked them to cease our business & not to take any more money from my credited account. They continued to take my money for both May & June of 2013 but they did not provide me with any service at that time nor did they reposond to my support tickets to both their customer service & sales staff.

  If they are not providing me with a service, they should not be taking my money. Their VPS package service is month to month with no contract and even though their contract stipulates no refunds for any reason, I believe they do not have the right to take my money without providing & promising me a service for that money. In my opinion this company should pay me back for the months of May & June and should publically have their repuation tarnished via a warning to the public of their poor service and conduct.
