I have owned boats for many years and never have I come across a jerk like Greg Geragosian so called Service Manager at I-94 Marine in Belleville. This guy is about the most incompetent individual I have ever dealt with. I will NEVER deal with I-94 Marine ever again. I thought I'd share my experience about Greg with the owner of the company only to find out he is part owner. Some good that did. I-94 will not hesitate to overcharge you for parts, replace unnecessary items, and pencil whip you to death just to make a buck at your expense. When I confronted Greg about the gross overcharges, he actually acknowledged it and could care less! When I pressed further he starting using profanity! Highly unprofessional!!! Do yourself a big favor and bring your boat elsewhere and buy your new boat elsewhere. This is not the kind of operation you want to deal with or the kind of operation they portray themselves to be. Save yourself the money and headache of dealing with I-94 Marine.
