I just noticed in my online bank statements that they've been charging me every month since I signed up. I carefully read the information describing how to tell what is free and what will be charged. I know for a
fact that I have not opted in to any pay feeds that they offer.
I demand that they refund every single charge since I signed up, other than the credit card validation charge that I did authorize. I absolutely refuse to pay even a single dollar for services that I did not choose and never accessed. I find your buisness practices to be highly decieving and immoral. If I do not receive a prompt reply and refund, I will be contacting all applicable organizations to assist in this matter.

When Nick created his account, he affirmatively chose to enroll in the upgraded iFriends VIP membership. The regular iFriends membership is free, but the VIP membership that Nick chose to access carries a monthly charge. This charge was clearly and conspicuously disclosed in advance, and Nick participated in numerous click-throughs to indicate his acknowledgement and consent to the monthly charge.
If Nick has any further questions, we strongly encourage him to contact our Customer Care Department at 1-800-243-9726, and ask to speak to a supervisor. We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
