I94 Marine and Watersports Totally Robbed Me With Lack of Professional Service Belleville, Michigan

The services provided at I94 marine and watersports is totally unprofessional, incorrect, and disrespectful! I took my marine application in for repair where they had it for 6 weeks, charging me a total of $1600 from beginning to end.

The boat I took in for service was in for a performance issue. According to I94 marine, first it was the fuel, so they pumped it out and put new in at $200 for this service. First time out with the boat it did the exact same thing I took it in for. Then according to them, the carbs need cleaned. I went with the service at $800, took the boat out and NO CHANGE. Brought the boat back to them a third time, and now my Propeller was "spun" so they rebuilt my prop at another $165.. Guess what? same results. Last time, #4 they rebuilt the carbs again, but get this, decided to discount it at $435. WHAT?

I refused to pay for the last service because not more than 2 weeks prior, they just charged me $800 for the service which they say is bad again. So in return, they held my boat and refused to release it unless I paid their fees. They treatened me with $20 a day in storage if I did not come redeem my boat, so what other choice did I have... YUP another $435 down the drain...

Ok, everything MUST be running perfect at this point right? NOPE. Took the boat out for the very first time and BAM same exact issue. This time I took my boat to another repair facility, which was very far from my home. They found that the anti-syphon valve in my pickup tube was at fault. Cost me $20 in parts and $40 in labor. Boat runs perfectly up till I put her away in the fall.

I called I94 marine asking for a partial refund where he used some extremely colorfull language. Greg Geragosian is god amongst men, if you don't believe me just call. He has no problem telling you! Rude, arrogant, foul mouthed, and dirty. He actually told me, "I did you a favor by performing all those other things" "I've ruled out all of the other possibilities, so the other repair guy could easially find the issue" Holy .... Did I just hear that? ... Never again will I use services from this company!
