On December 17, 2007 I wanted to look at my timeshare listing and I have found that the web page is suspended. I pissed as you all can understand. If there is a law suit or legal representation that is going after this so called company would you please contact me so I may gey involved. I am very interested in suing this/these individuals. ~No, I have better things to do with my time (and the name is DarlenA, not Darlene). But we can all agree it has made better progress than logging on to a screen that says 'DON'T PANIC' or anything else that is not related to the actual purpose of the company.
Well DarlenA I am so sorry for getting your name wrong, and no I didn't do anything except create some false hope for some people. It did show that they have a resource to go after for a refund though.
The long name of IBD is Integrated Business Dynamics and I have noticed on a couple of other reports that you said they were not listed at the Florida Better Business Bureau when I look they have a rating of an F. Thats pretty bad in my mind.
~What I stated was they are not MEMBERS of the BBB on ONE report. You don't have to be a member of the BBB in order for them to accept negative feedback regarding a company, or for them to even rate you. And all it takes is 1 unresolved complaint for a company to receive an F. Once they address the issue, the rating goes back up. How credible right? Not to mention, I wouldn't feel confident with a company that had to PAY the BBB to get a good reputation. I'd rather deal with one that gets it on their own. Besides, look the BBB up on here, you'll be surprised at what you find.
DarlenA- You are unlike most people, if someone see's a company registered with the BBB they think that company cares about their reputation, and what there clients feel and say about business transactions and if it takes a fee to do so so be it. For your information everything costs money.
You also state you have read in a couple of reports that you noticed they closed thier doors, and then you come on and say the website is up and working.
~EXACTLY. If they were truly closing their doors, why would they put forth any effort to getting their website back up and running?
DarlenA- I don't know, why did you put that on here then?
I also notice you are in the same location as the IBDMarketing.com office, I wonder what that means??
~That means that South Florida is quite large (or was geogrpahy also not a good subject of yours?) (SEE THAT SOUNDS LIKE A JAMI POST) and IBD Marketing and its employees are not the ONLY people that live down here. Other people have to run this popular location too, ya know.
Darlena- I get the feeling you represent IBD Marketing from your posts here, and most people would agree. If it isn't any of your business then why? Most people would believe you have something to gain from it, no matter how big South Florida is.
We all would like know from you as to why you are involved in making consumer suggestions on here and have not filed a complaint or even stated you had a problem with IBD Marketing.com. What is your interest in making the comments you do?
First, speak for yourself, YOU would like to know. Second, because I don't have a problem with IBD Marketing. to quote a person on another post on ripoffreport that has nothing to do with this company 'The company isn't being hurt by the posts to this site. Most folks realize that EVERY company in America of any size has sites like these dedicated to malcontents who can't move on with their lives, and would rather sit around and stew in their anger. Try it - type in ANY big company in America into Google (Countrywide, Chase, Ford, Microsoft, etc) and you will find serial posters who are over the top with their grievances and who live deluded fantasies of taking the company down.' IBD Marketing is not the only company I've posted about. I have a problem with people who make mistakes, and then don't want to admit to them. GET OVER IT. Like I said before YOU gave them your $, many companies PREY off of people like you (and are very successful) because you let them.
DarlenA-Thats where you are wrong, maybe you should read the statement on this website, and get with the program. I have also forwarded all complaints on here to the Florida Department of Agriculture & Consumer Services.
The comments sound as if you are involved with IBD Marketing. Just my opinion but I am sure other people would get the same idea reading them. I look forward to reading what you have to say.
~ Or I could be somebody who is quite educated in reading ALL of the facts and then forming their own opinion based on the evidence that is presented to them. I can see 'intelligence' is a hard concept to grasp, but some of us do actually get the hang of it. And yes, other people like you would probably get the same idea as you, but that is why they are in the same boat as you. Just MY opinion.
Darlena opinions are like a..holes everyones got one, you still haven't said why you are on here replying to things that are none of your business. Unless you are involved with IBD Marketing, and as far as the intelligence comment you showed yours with your lack of information in your replies.
Mind your own business and let the people who are affected by this company post the information they want to get out to other people and agencies.

I don't go to college but when I did I was very worried about my writing, here I am not especially to the individual I am responding to. In reference to you your little lessons wow you should be a school teacher or something like that. Then the kids students would let you know what a pain in the a.. you are to deal with and then maybe you will get the message. But you probably won't do that either because it takes integrity to be a teacher a trait you obviously don't have.
Now that I have learned that IBD Marketing did not file bankruptcy he just closed the doors and took all the clients money, I now feel both of you are crooks.
So Jami I will not respond to you anymore and I know you will write something back because you have to have the last word. I guess thats payments rendered for the free ride you got.

No tables have turned but I have come to the understanding that you must have the last word and thats fine, So I will lay it out for you in plain english because you seem to stupid to read the above or any of the other complaints about IBD Marketing and get the message. If IBD is not your problem then why are you on here responding? Are you getting paid for your reponses with the amount of information you have it sure seems so no matter what reply you come back with, I have already admitted I am angry and you don't help with putting down the clients for a company you say you worked for, and if you worked for that company and could spend 3 months replying on here then one would think you would have the ability to call one of your co-workers and say hey give this guy a call he's pissed help him,(I think the whole company knows about this website) most business want to help a customer not IBD Marketing they worry about there own feelings, (If you were providing a service) do you think anyone would be rude or call you names? You asked to be treated with respect read your replies and then ask yourself?
Would you want someone responding to you that way and then treat them with repect? In reference to employees suffering in my mind all the employees at IBD marketing had a free ride on the clients and should be saying thanks to clients because IBD Marketing sure as hell didn't provide a service and one of your past reply's even recommends don't use internet marketing companies because they don't work.
Why work there then do you not take pride in yourself or your job? (Based on your replies we all know the answer to that one) As far as the time frame recording from what I gather here from all the complaints filed here that they were told that IBD Marketing had people waiting to buy time shares and it was just a point of making a match that would take 60 to 90 days, and most people that own timeshares have been through and few real estate deals and when a realtor says there going to do something they do it, (what are you going to tell me that IBD isn't a realtor company I know that IBD is a internet marketing company) and so you understand thats what the clients were told by IBD Marketing salespeople I don't give a s... that IBD Marketing didn't record that part of the conversation, that still doesn't mean it was not said.
I talked with my salesperson several times prior to agreeing to use IBD Marketing and if the recordings were done and exist we are entitled to a copy of them as public record if thats going to be IBD Marketing defense as to how they could take money from thousands of clients and not provide a service. As far as Naive Jami I think most of the readers know where IBD Marketing is now and what they were about and I want to thank you for laying it out about IBD Marketing what went on and the true attitude of the company ownership/management/and employees, because if I had not pushed for answers on here the clients still would not know what was going on and IBD Marketing might still be in business taking money and not providing a service. We are also aware that if we were told I hope I can sell your timeshare in 60 to 90 days that IBD Marketing would be out of business along time ago so common sense should tell you (well maybe not) that the clients were told that the timeshares would sell in 60 to 90 days, thanks for admitting that you don't provide a service once again.
You also state I am greedy look where you worked and look at all the money IBD Marketing took in knowing they did not have a service to provide, knowing they told the clients we can sell your timeshare in 60 to 90 days, knowing you told the clients we had people waiting to buy timeshares, knowing the clients really didn't know how many timeshares IBD Marketing was supposely advertising, knowing that in the end IBD Marketing was taking alot of money to put a listing on a website that costs very little to maintain.
As far as your future career your right its none of my business, but remember this it's a small world and people talk, I doubt you will stay in business with your demeanor or attitude and people will get to know people like you and out the door you will be. As for you being a pregnant college student that has raging hormones, thats not a excuse just a way of life for you, my reasons which you have already been told is I am angry I was not provided the service I was told I would get and what I paid for.
Now if IBD Marketing is bankrupt. Please provide the filing number/docket number for IBD filing for bankruptcy! As part of a LEGITIMATE bankruptcy proceeding, all creditors must be listed as well as current customers who may be owed monies for unfullfilled product and/or services. Also, public announcements are required to be made so that others may contact the bankruptcy court to make claim to moneys that may be owed.
RipOff Report.com does not constitute a public announcement, but since this is the only place the clients have been able to gain any information, If they have filed for bankruptcy proceeding and you seem to have all the answers provide this answer.
If you can't then don't reply because frankly we are all sick of your excuses and lies Jami, and in the end the Clients all know they were ripped off by IBD Marketing and the Owner Richard Beatrice and managers I mean excutives (In a small company whats the difference?)
I know you will tell me crudly, but in real business there is none.
Take care Jami and I hope you enjoyed the free ride on all of IBD Marketings Clients, in the end your just pissed the free ride is over.
Even if I assume Jamie is correct, then any new customers they acquired from about October 6, 2007 on are entitled to some sort of refund because of the website going done and the "doors being closed." Further, with evidence of "fraud" within the upper ranks of the company, many more former customers may be entitled to some sort of refund.
I still haven't seen any evidence of IBD filing for bankruptcy protection - any other business in a similar situation would do this. Bankruptcy proceedings require public notification so that any customers and/or vendors who believe they are owed monies may inform the court of their claims and to prevent any outstanding debts from growing because of interest, late fees and such. It doesn't appear that IBD has filed for bankruptcy protection. This lack of filing doesn't make sense.
By Jamie's statement that they are closed, the website claiming to be underconstruction is giving a false impression of what's going on. The website could very easily give a short statement that they are going through bankruptcy and that anyone who believes they have a claim against IBD should contact 'such-and-such" court.
Further, there is the matter of the customer database being compromised and the potential for identity theft against the customers of IBD. Have all customers in the database been informed of this potential threat to their finances? It doesn't appear so. In similar circumstances in the past, many companyies have paid for credit monitoring for a year for the customers who's information was compromised. This is a legitimate expense and would be reported to the bankruptcy court as an outstanding company debt. It doesn't appear that this has been done or is going to be done. By not doing this, IBD is in effect stating, "we don't care about that."
I agree with the OP that it doesn't appear that IBD has been very forthcoming about what has been going on. The lack of a bankruptcy filing adds to the suspicion that they have simply backed up during the night.

As far as the docket number, courthouse, etc., even if I HAD access to that information, why would I bother going through the trouble? I've been honest with telling you as much as I know (which even though it isnt what these people WANTED to hear, nor is it appreciated. Not that I owe them an explanation), and as far as I'm concerned, IBD Marketing is no longer my proble. And chances are all the customers werent informed because either A) Like I mentioned above, what their actual $ went towards was a 90-day marketing/advertising service (there is no guarantee written in their contracts ANYWHERE that their property would actually sell.
It also states we advertise it for them in HOPES of bringing them POTENTIAL buyers, again, no actual guarantee. Of course, they dont seem to understand this concept. Apparently the word advertising to them means the same thing as promising it will sell, BIG DIFFERENCE ), so at this point their contracts are expired anyway. or B) Seeing as the entire company got laid off, where's the man-power to do so?

First it was a password issue - yeah. I told you in another report who to contact for a password problem -it was not dimehost.
Then there was the "phone screwup" problem.
Now, it's we've been closed for a week.
Yeah, I believe it. NOW, kindly post the filing number/docket number for IBD filing for bankruptcy! As part of a LEGITIMATE bankruptcy proceeding, all creditors must be listed as well as current customers who may be owed monies for unfullfilled product and/or services. Also, public announcements are required to be made so that others may contact the bankruptcy court to make claim to moneys that may be owed.
Did IBD-Marketing legally file for bankruptcy or did you folks merely skip paying the rent and moved out during the middle of the night?
I have not seen any article informing folks that your firm has filed for bankruptcy protection. If you want anyone to believe you, you need to post the bankruptcy filing and identify the court that is going to hear the matter.
Otherwise, you're just noise in the wind.
Am I mean? no, I've been brutally honest with you, and you're just ticked off because you can't handle the truth and are looking for somebody to blame for your own mistakes. But if I'm such a LIAR, the company could still be open, Richard Beatrice might not even be the owner, blah blah. Just like Bill Clinton said he did not have sex with that woman! And furthermore, you could just be another disgruntled ex-employee who just got laid off and have nothing better to do with your time.
As far as me not calling you: 1. I've already told you I've been on maternity leave, why do you think I have so much time to be on here? 2. Even when I was working there I was in charge of the creative department (NOT custoer service, not making phone calls), as in the one that created the internet advertisements which is what you originally paid for.
Advertising service doesnt guarantee your property will sell, pull out your contract and it states that in line 1!! It also states that what you were paying for is a 90-day contract, after that the company renews it at their own expense. Seeing as the company IS bankrupt, they are no longer required to advertise your property for sale.

As far as you Jami I believe what goes around comes around and you will get yours one day, your a mean person and a person that should not be in business you worked there and took money to and new what was going on.
As far as Darlena recommending I made a mistake by hiring a company like IBD to sell my time share and then you agreeing with it just tells me that that was the M O for IBD Marketing to not provide a service and then steal money from clients, and then you suggest that it is my fault for paying for a service and you worked there.
As for the keyboard comment it takes one to know one and I have suggested we talk for several months now, and LIKE usual you have nothing but excuses. So Richard and you can hide behind the law all you want I believe you both new d... well what was going on and I hope that what goes around comes around for both of you.
And in closing when it comes to dealing with crooked people like you and IBD Marketing NO CANNOT BE PLEASED.

Yet another 'surprise' to ya, huh?), doesn't get you your $ back. All they do is make sure the operations cease and desist. Good luck trying to squeeze blood out of a stone, the company is bankrupt...duh!
If you want to truly make sure it doesnt happen again (because for every one that goes down, a new one is sure to open somewhere) take the advice of the poster above....don't give them your $, no matter how "good" it sounds. In the long run, you really only have yourself to blame for that one.

Do me a favor Jami and Richard call me and stop responding here, I mean its going on 2 months and Richard this is the first I have seen you respond but Jami knows I have been awaiting a call, and yet still no calls, christ I can't even get ahold of the customer service people.
What a company WOW!!!!You should be proud -- NOT!!!!

Can you provide me three references that would say something good about IBD or the services you say you provide. With an F Rating from the Better Business Bureau in Florida, the no calls from the company, the fact the website is not working which by the way we paid for an internet marketing site, you still can come on here and try to defend IBD Marketing and belittle people that have been ripped off by you. Why the h... do you think there here.
BECAUSE IBD Marketing DIDNOT LET THE CUSTOMERS KNOW WHATS GOING ON. THATS PATHETIC!!!!
And always Jami if you care to call me to discuss you have access to my contract records you can always validate if it is me or not.
Thank you to the rest of you that have stepped up and put your two cents in about the non-service you have received from this less than reputable company.

Let me just go ahead and be the first to point out the inconsistencies in your entertaining little story:
1. You said you "checked" with state officials, then went on to say information "that could not be displayed on the screen", and then went on to say the agent that you spoke with. So which one is it? Did the computer talk to you?
2. If you ever paid attention in social studies in school, you would know that the secret service is the name of the agency employed by the president of the united states to protect the president and his family. I highly doubt the president feels threatened by IBD Marketing or Mr. Beatrice.
3. The only person guilty of not providing services rendered would be the ex-webmaster (whose name has been mentioned plenty of times in this scandal by now) who blocked the website so the properties are not being advertised. He is also under investigation as he is the one who was also filed as "director of operations".
4. Lastly (I'll spare you the rest of your ignorances, however, they are quite obvious to the educated general public I'm sure), if this big, marvelous, top secret investigation were really going on as you mentioned, they wouldn't be releasing information to the public as it would possibly interfere with that investigation.
Oh, and as far as your "fax" complaint, that is false as well as that issue was handled about a month ago.
Next time, proofread/edit your thread before you make yourself look like an idiot, AGAIN.

A correction to your 'facts'

Chances are the owner of this company, Mr. Beatrice, hired them to handle all of his affairs, not realizing their 'colorful' past (both of them owe the IRS figures that EXCEED 6 digits), and what they were actually doing. Yes, that was his mistake. However, they say the truth will set you free. In this case it will put the REAL criminals behind bars. Randall (Randy) Romanow also has police reports filed against him for Grand Theft, Theft of Intellectual Property (he thought his "pranks" on the website were cute, but it is quite obvious he's lost his mind, by doing what he did he prevented the properties from being advertised therefor making him guilty of the fraud for EACH PROPERTY not being advertised while he goes on his tantrum), harassment, and more to follow.
The website is no longer up because the hosting company (HostDime and Tucows) were both served with a cease and desist finally, which again, is all due to Randall Romanow's actions.

I have also checked with state officials in Florida and Mr. Beatrice was arrested the last week in December for Consumer Fraud. The Broward County Sherriff's dept. came into his place of business to do so.
The States Attorney is also filing charges against IBD and it's owner and sales director, Richard, as well as Director of Operations, Toni, (as stated in Testimonials on the web site prior to the site going down) for Grand Theft, Operating Without a License, Filing False Claims and more than could not be displayed on the screen.
The FBI, Secret Service and US Postmaster General have also joined forces and are indicting the owners for Interstate Wire Fraud, Mail Fraud, Knowingly Causing Damage Against the US Government, and more I would assume.
The agent I spoke with said the investigation has been going on for some time and they are contacting customers now to get details of the fraud. They said that IBD and its owners have stolen Millions of dollars by misreprenting themselves, using false identification and taking money for services not provided.
Lastly, the IRS is examining their records for stealing Payroll Taxes and other things they could not tell me.
I've tried to contact IBD SEVERAL times, left many messages and have not received a return call or email. Now when I call, a fax answers the phone or every now and then a voice mail. I wouldn't answer the telephone if I were them either.
Good luck!!!!!!

Thanks for your candid input, as to why I want to sell the time share is really none of your business. I contracted with IDB Marketing to help me sell my time share and thier salesmen said it would take 60 to 90 days to do so, now they can't even get thier website up and working for a vast number of reasons. Which I am sure you know about. So while your comment may have been something you wanted to say I will respect that but kindly ask you to stay out of this one, unless you are an employee of IBD. If so thats a new can of worms for me and another person to file a complaint about.

""the hosting company HostDime HAS been contacted and claims they can't do anything.""
I have a lot of trouble believing this. I can think of several things they could do to lock him out of it. There may be a legal issue if the ex-employee is the owner of the domain name. At the very least, the entire IBD website files can be removed from the server.
In the mean time, this ex-employee seems to have free rein. I can imagine the data that could be gleaned from your customer database. If I were you I would have all your IBD files IMMEDIATELY REMOVED FROM THE SERVER. This will mean your site is down until the new one is established, but hey, it's down and being hacked right now.
*** You really should notify ALL your customers of this security breach - opens the door to identity theft.
You may not like it, but from a security standpoint, you do realize that your system is compromised - that's enough reason for folks to stay away, at least for now.
Is this ex-employee is an ex of the hosting company or of IBD???
As for not telling anyone what's going on, a simple visit to the website clearly indicates all is not well in paradise.

Site is suspended! And has links to RipOff report!
Somebody needs to find some secure hosting!
Pssst. Jamie... Usually, a quick phone call to the web hosting service will change the control panel access passwords so that an ex-employee can't play these types of games.
Failing that, you folks should find a webhosting company with better security protocols.
One has to wonder what else this ex-employee can do - such as access to customer database?
Looks like an inside job to me.

I will guarantee you if I don't hear from IBD, I will update a new report and reference this one so no one will ever have to experience the piss poor service I have from your so called company.
I look forward to your next response Jami, the misdirection you try with the next one should be interesting.
