IBD Marketing promised to sell within 90 days, tried to faxx them, nothing or when I called the same.They need to be held responable to pay our money back. Pompano Beach Florida

After talking to IBD-Marketing several times, and be told over and over again that they was not a rip -off company. That they were experts at selling timeshares and would have mine sold within 90 days, I listed my timeshare with them. I told them my money was very tight and I couldnt afford to throw money away, and I had tried to sell before with someone else and got no where. They kept telling me it would be no problem they would have it sold within 90 days and I would have my money. They got my money and I have tried several times to contact them and got nowhere. I tried to get them by e-mail, fax and by phone nothing. If there is a suit filed against them to get your money back I would like to find out about it and help make them held responsible.
