I unfortunately fell prey to this scam. Since there is not even an internet location for them to "show timeshares," isn't there some type of recourse for all the victims of these snakes? I would think it would be some type of breach of contract since they are no longer providing a service that was agreed upon. Victims unite! Let's file some type of class action so they don't get away with it. We discovered a timeshare scam in our city a couple of weeks ago, and the owner is now sitting in county jail with a hefty bail. That would be the perfect ending to the criminal minds behind IBD Marketing.
