Internet Business Group says they have cutting edge online marketing services and SEO services, however, it's actually a group of individuals that start companies, build them up and bankrupt and walk away quietly as they fraud thousands of dollars from investors and investment groups. The individuals responsible at IBG are Lindsey Pinapfel, Russell Pike, and David Flynn. IBG.com is in the process of doing this very same process with their merger with Bizzingo to make a social media b2b search engine called Bizz.net.

IBG never has had a solid business model to help their clients with ORM, online reputation management. In the beginning, they would simply plug in a code to remove Rip Off Reports. Since this no longer works the clients they have stopped paying.

With sales people from Las Vegas giving clients false information about turn around time, and saying whatever it takes to make a sale, every thing eventually started hitting the fan.

Clients would no longer pay, and IBG could no longer pay for employees, which were laid off and ended up working for free without pay.

Until IBG can ever revamp itself, they have a lot of rebuilding to do in order to be successful in the online reputation management department.
