I waited 7 weeks & called. I was told they were "in the mail". Needless to say, they never arrived & after the 60 period allowed by credit card companies to refute a charge had expired, they quit answering their phone. I demanded a refund, by email, & their response was "we won't refund your money because of the cost of the prescription". What the f**k is that about?
It's been going on for 9 months & still no glasses or refund.
Avoid this company & their products like the plague.
