I am over the road truck driver, and I was searching the internet for grant money to allow me to purchase a tractor and alway me to start my own business. This would allow me the freedom of earning a money for my family and to take care of my family. I was contacted by IC Financial Rep name Michael Roberts, he explain the process and stated that it would take 10-12 weeks before I would get a return back, and if no money came then I would get a refund.
I sent my fee of $489, us mail to their address along with a tracking number to confirm that the money was sent to them. I called on regular basis to confirm that things were going way that they should. I was told that a questionaire was sent to my house, and then someone sent it back to them. When I asked the post office and my wife, no mail had been sent nor was it returned. So I asked them to resend it and I will make sure that someone would recieve it, I was told that I would have send another $30 to have it resent. I was told that it would be sent to me on line, I checked for a week; no message. I called for a week but it was blocked, then I called again two weeks and got voice mail; so I asked for Michael Roberts or Customer Service to return my calls. It has been a month now, no return calls.
I write a letter to them, and send it Certified mail requested that they contact me back by 23 Aug 2007. If no reply, I will be reporting this to Better Business and the FBI fruad department. Today, is the 19th and I am waiting for my answer back.

I too am a victime of this very same company. I sent a money order for $479, received a questionaire via e-mail in which I loctaed the same questionaire on-line after further research.
Now the number is blocked, I sent over 15 e-mails threatening to report this scam. I received an e-mail from their "supposed" support team today after once again threatening legal action, they claim that they have been having techinical difficulties with their lines and are working hard to repair the rpoblem. I responded by attaching two rip off reports that I found at this website and I have now submitted my complaint to the BBB of Nevada (that is the Better Business Bureau.
I will be contacting local law enforcement agencies within 1 mile of the address that they have provided, as well I am contacting the Attorney General's office and the FTC. I will not stop until I receive some type of refund. Please let me know if their is any information that is useful in resolving this beyond what I am already pursuing.
