IC Services, MGR Solutions Goverment Grant Scam / ripoff Reno Nevada

I contacted IC services to assit me in applying for a goverment grant.the operator stated that they would need to gather my information.three hours later I recieved a cal from a Mr. brown the grant specialist asking me about the type of business I will be using the grant for and a few other general questions. one hour later mr. Brown calls and states that there is a good chance that if I file for a specific grant within the next 24 hours that he could garantee for this grant of $75,000 to start my type of business, but that I had only three months to show proof of staring the business.

When I asked what did I have to do he stated that he would need a business proposal but first to meet the dead-line he would need to register me and I had to sent a money order before he could register me. but that it had to be by the next day, so he sugester, it is better to use western union, and he faxed me a form that stated 100% money refund if the grant is not approved for any reason. well They GO ME, after that the guy told me to wait 4 weeks.

4 weeks passed I called Mr.Brown who answered and stated the grant has been approved start looking to set up your business becaues in 3 weeks when you recieve your approval letter they will then have you sign the documents and it will then take two weeks to recieve your check. Now the phone number that I have states that that number is not accepting calls.
SO I WAS RIPEDOFF
