IC-services this is a ripoff that cause the closing of my business Beaverton Oregon

I checked out quite a few grant writing companys out and found no bad reports for ic services at the time from the bbb or any other agency.

So I called and was called back the next morning from a Mrs. Angie Holt and told her what I needed was a grant to relocate my business as the building I was renting was being sold. She told me that I qualfied for a grant of $120,000 and all I had to do was fill out the form and send a money order for $464.00 and it would only take 6 to 12 weeks to get the grant.

She e-mailed me that day(03-16-2007) and I fiil it out, went to the post office bought a money order,and sent it express mail with a tracking number and call her with it just like it said to do.

Three days later I received a call from a Mrs. Amy White. She told me they needed an 80 page businessplan. So I paid to have one wrote in four daysand sent it to them express mail with return receipt. Both times a Beuvenido Muyer signed the reciept.

I waited and finally called and talk to some guy and he said it was being processed and everything looked good and I would receive the money no later than the first week of August. When I heard nothing by then I called and the # had been blocked. I guess I was DUMB because I thought they was having phone trouble so I E-mailed them and waited anotherwek and nothing. Tried calling with no luck then tried to e-mail again and found the address war no good anymore.

So now I want all my money back. If anyone knows how to stop this CROOKS for ripping off anyone esle and to get our monies back please post it on here.
