ICIG ICIG - Electronic Cigarettes scam Winchester, California

The product that ICIG sells is a "quit smoking device" called an Electronic Cigarette. Rodney Gray claims that this item can help you stop smoking, but the only thing it does is deliver the nicotine a different way. It is freighting to me that this product is a consumable item and yet his website does not state what chemicals it contains. The website does state that the product only contains Nicotine and Propylene glycol, which I find very hard to believe. Once I purchased the item and gave it a try I found that it had absolutely no effect on me, it was similar to inhaling vapor from a humidifier. Soon after I tried calling the company and left several messages but never got a call back. I then tried e-mail and still no response. I ended up having to dispute it with my credit card company and I am currently awaiting the results of my charge back. After doing some research I found that the owner Rodney Gray of Winchester CA has been involved with different kinds of criminal activities, including but not limited to Credit Card Fraud, Tax Evasion, and Smuggling.
