  This report is  in conjunction with the former report i  wrote in may/ 210 concerning ICM.  Report #614149  First of all, i can confess that,  Rip off  is doing a tereffic work; keep it up. Thanks.


 A month a go, a company  named(DUVERA FINANCIAL, phone 866-438-8372)submitted  about $100.00 to my  credit card and was refused by  the company an alert was sent to me. i  was ask weather i will want to  approve it. i called them with the number provided and was fortunate to speak with  the customer service who stated that" They are working  with ICM and that i was credited with  $3000.00) i explained to the said person  that my account was cancelled with ICM since and the amount of $39.95 was refund to my bank account, but the lady insisted that their department did not receive the cancelation report. she further stated that for them to take it off my report, the report that ICM  wrote  must be fax to them.


  I am  asking wether your department will foward  the cancelation report to DUVERA FINANCIAL. Thanks.
