ICM Marketing cold-called my elderly mother offering her $18,000 to $23,000 to sell her timeshare condo if she provided them her credit card number.  After she hung up the phone, she called me, her daughter, sensing that she should not have given out her credit card.  I reminded her that her timeshare had been sold two years earlier, for $500!  She had forgotten!  So, I called immediately tried to get a refund but ICM insists that the charge is legitimate.  

ICM scammed my parents out of $1,262 for the "work" they did in trying to sell something for my parents that my parents NO LONGER OWN!!   What a bunch of CROOKS!

This is the fourth time my parents have been targeted by these timeshare scammers!  Typically, they offer big bucks if you pay their fee to "market" a timeshare... Often they say that they've got a specific willing buyer if you just pay their fee up front.  Then, most times they just collect the fee and nothing is sold... They have everything they want - the big fee!  This time, with ICM it is really crazy!  Offering to sell something for you that you don't even own!  Now that should take a lot of effort to get that done!!!
