I am also a victim of this company. I applied for a payday loan at last chance payday loans and a few days later, without my permission or any agreement to participate, ID theft protection took $33.98 from my checking account and cause NSF fees. After contacting the customer service there, I was told that my information wasn't fraudulently obtained therefore, no refund would be issued much less reimbursement of NSF fees. All they could do is cancel my subscription. This company is ridiculous. If you are applying for a payday loan, you are obviously hard up for money and cannot afford things like this. THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE STOPPED.
